The Project Mill logo features the silhouette of a traditional sugar mill — a historic structure rooted in the U.S. Virgin Islands, the birthplace of our founder. These stone mills, once used to process sugarcane, now stand as enduring symbols of resilience, strength, and transformation.

Dr. Lynesha “Dr. Lyn” Sweeney is the Founder and CEO of The Project Mill, bringing deep expertise in strategy, project leadership, and organizational execution. With experience spanning healthcare technology, engineering, manufacturing, and enterprise operations, she has led complex initiatives, built operational frameworks, and guided teams through high‑stakes transformation.
Dr. Lyn holds a Doctor of Business Administration in Strategy & Innovation, an MBA in Project Management, and the PMP certification. Rooted in her U.S. Virgin Islands heritage, she blends clarity, structure, and a human‑centered approach to help leaders move confidently from vision to execution with measurable results.
